What is a Survey Plan?

A survey plan provides important property details like bearings, distances and area for all parcels.

If the dimensions of one parcel are similar to the adjacent lots, the measurements for an individual parcel may not be shown in the survey plan (eg: if lots 1 to 20 are all the same size, the dimensions may only be shown on lot 1).

When do you need a Survey Plan?

With a survey plan, you can easily identify landowners and adjoining owners.

A survey plan depicts the pegs in the ground that are used to mark the lot boundaries of a property as well as the internal area within.

How can you get a Survey Plan?

InfoTrackGO sources the survey plan you need and delivers it to your email in a matter of minutes. Currently, we offer survey plans for Queensland properties.

Just provide the plan number and we will handle the searching for you.

Please note that the information recorded on the plan may vary depending on when the survey was conducted.
